- CAPE FEAR FLATS - Half Day or Full Day Fly and Light Tackle fishing trips departing from Ft. Fisher, Southport, Bald Head Island, Topsail Island, Oak Island, and Sneads Ferry. We will pole the oyster strewn flats, grass margins, and creeks while targeting the many Reds, Trout, and Black Drum that inhabit the shallows. Most of our fish will be caught in less than 2 feet of water... A sight fishermans dream!
- TAILING REDFISH - Half Day trips targeting tailing Redfish departing from Ft. Fisher, Topsail Island, Oak Island / Southport , and Bald Head Island. Perhaps your interset lies in getting a shot at tailing Redfish high in the Spartina grass during evening full and new moon periods. Sight fishing is the name of the game here and a keen eye alert to gently waving tails and small splashes as these fish gorge on Fiddler and Calico Crabs will reward you with one of the most challenging inshore angling experiences possible! Expect some of the most breathtaking scenery the Cape Fear Coast has to offer, you will see in addition to Tailing and backing Redfish; White Ibis, Rails, Otters, Red Fox, White Tailed Deer and simultaneous Sun Set/Moon Rise! This approach is more akin to hunting than fishing, once you've tried it you will never be the same.
